Our Mini Hot/Cold packs are the perfect size for keeping your hands warm. They are also fantastic if you suffer from migraines and need something cold over your eyes.

My favourite use for these is to use them for the little bumps our littles ones have. Simply pop the pack into a zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer until you need it. 

It is not as freezing or hard as a typical ice pack and easier for little ones to handle. No more soggy bags of peas left around the house! 

They are filled with wheat and no other additives. I like to keep them plain as some people are sensitive to smells or essential oils.
